Hmmm it's been a quiet week here. I must be getting boring. heh

Last night's Survivor episode was interesting. I was MOST excited for Maraamu to win not just one, but two challenges!!! Yea for them! Yup, that means that Rotu finally had to vote off a member. No, they didn't vote off Sean, as expected (and what would have been the RIGHT decision, but whatever...they are stoooopid), they voted off Gabe. I don't care all that much for Gabe anyway, but I think it was a bad move. The funny thing was that Jeff Probst, the host pretty much told them that was a stupid move after the tribal council (without ACTUALLY saying it) ~ that was amusing.

Maraamu got to raid Rotu's camp after winning the reward challenge, which was really what helped them get the victory in the immunity challenge. I was happy. They deserved to win something for once. The comedy being that Rotu used their 4 best members for the reward challenge leaving the four others to do the immunity on their own. Bummer for them!

I heard through the grapevine that I wasn't the only person upset by the flag issue last week. CBS apparently questioned Sarah about her using the flag as a blanket during her interview on the early show. Sarah replied "all five of her tribe had slept under the flag." She didn't know why the producers of the show showed only her wrapped in it. And she said she meant no disrespect to the flag. Hmph! This just makes me think even less of Paschal. HE should know better. Okay okay, I will stop with the flag stuff. Gabe gets to debut on the Early Show today. heh

IN OTHER NEWS

Whats frightening about where I live? How about THIS??? For the most part, we hope that our police officers are there to fight crime, not create it! (Should I run down and jump up and down behind the news guys so I can be on the 5-o'clock news?)

But, then we have a little Celebrity excitement. See, Kevin Costner's not such a bad guy!

and ME

I'm off to San Diego today. Apparently they have a desert down that-a-way and we're going dirt bike riding & camping. Haven't done the dirt bike riding thing in over 2 years, so I'm a little nervous. I sold my ZOOR last September so i have to ride someone else's which is even SCARIER. hehe I'm sure I'll be fine. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

I just have this one thought running through my head today. "What is love?" I've been in what I consider LOVE, three times in my life. I've had relationships that I "thought" were love, but later realized were something else and today, I think I am in love, but I'm not sure. How will I know when I truly am?

Ah, I see comments are working again. Good. I can't believe I didn't write until now! I've been searching the web all day for some graphics for my "real" website... real may be a loose term here. Anyway, I know all the bloggers out there are all into their layouts, etc, but I just go to free graphic sites, steal some crap and then pop it into my FrontPage and that's that. The thing is I can't find ANYTHING for what I want! Grrrr My other website is actually more for my friends than for me. It is a site where I post pictures and occasional comments from the parties and get-togethers we have. I pretty much bombed last year and the only thing up there is New Years Eve, so I want to post some pics of the poker nights we had throughout the year. This means having a "theme" of poker or cards or the like. Well, I can't find anything like that on the damned web!!! How is this possible? I can find ANYTHING on the web! I mean, I know I can get just some cool graphics, but I was looking for an actual SET with all the purty lil buttons and such. Ah well. SO should I add a link to my "real" site here? I dunno...there's pics of me and they aren't exactly flattering. I'm way cuter when I'm not trashed. Then again, I'm probably way cuter when everyone else IS trashed. HAHA Hmmm I'll think about it. Well, I'm still feeling like hell and so I think I'm gonna get off of my butt and go home. Hey! I remembered something! Tyler must be disappointed. I haven't talked about HOT ASIAN LESBIAN BONDAGE CHICKS HAVING SEX in Waaaaaaaaaay too long ;-) Actually, though, speaking of pornography, I got this video and it's not bad (umm...if you like porn). It's called The Scope. Ooooh, I sense a MOVIE REVIEW! I haven't actually finished watching it yet (umm...it's porn, you don't need to watch the whole thing at once) so I'll save the review for some week when I miss a movie. Toodles.

Movie Review Tuesday

Yup, thats today. Just a quick one as again, I'm having to work today. Go figure. We have guests from another county visiting us today so I get to sit with one of them to explain some budgeting info for our department. Lucky me!

The movie I saw Friday was Ice Age. Now, I'm just NOT a kids movie kinda gal, but I never really have much choice as far as what movie I'm seeing as I'm going for free, so suck it up and watch what I'm told! Anyway, I wasn't much interested in seeing this flick and went into it knowing nothing about it except it was an animated thingy and must be about some animals getting stuck in ice or something. With that in mind, I was pleasantly surprised to actually enjoy it ~ as much as I can enjoy that type of movie, I suppose. I liked it better than Mothman Prophecies, so I guess that's a good thing =) It was a cute story and had some amusing parts and I give it a 5.

5 ~ Ice Age

Stayed home sick today and figured I'd have all kinds of time to blog, but felt like crap so I just hung out on the couch all day watching movies. Get this. I watched Ssssss. Remember that movie? Yes, I am a freak! I bought it on eBay hehe It was pretty cheesy! Then I watched Armageddon. I still can't understand why people hate that movie! I LOVE it!!! I've seen it a zillion times and it still makes me cry. Armageddon is a cool movie and all of you who think it sucks can BITE ME!

ok fine. I took off big picture. hehe No comments on my post re: Survivor/American Flag Code? I found out last night that this situation was actually addressed on the Early Show when they did their interview with Sarah the day after she was voted off. I wish I would have seen it! Oh well.

Just a personal thing here. I'm feeling a little confused right now. I had a good weekend and was with Mr. San Diego for most of it. Everything was totally great, but something is just feeling "funny". He just left my place a little while ago and it was all good, but for some reason I just have this weird feeling. Probably just me trying to screw things up. I mean, we are working out our itinerary for Peru. He is actually going to go with me or says he is, anyway...SO WHAT'S MY PROBLEM!?!?!? I guess that is what makes me a freak, huh? Night...gotta pay more attention to Six Feet Under so I don't miss anything.

There is something going on on Survivor that I forgot to mention and I'm not too pleased about it. First, Paschal brought an American Flag as his luxury item. While I admire patriotism very much, I am disappointed in a man who is a Superior Court Judge and former military man bringing the American flag onto the island. He had to know it was going to sit around getting dirty and not be properly displayed and THEN... HORROR OF HORRORS... That GIRL, the biotch, had the audacity to use the flag as a blanket!!! You had to have noticed her wrapped up in it on the ground if you were watching. OH MY GOD!!! I was absolutely horrified. Title 36, Chapter 10 of the US Code is the US Flag Code/Patriotic Customs. Section 176 specifically states (beyond all of the other rules already being broken) that the US Flag should not be used as bedding! I suppose that there are many people who do not know OF the US Flag Code, let alone, what it involves, but why not? Why aren't people taught how to properly respect our flag? PEOPLE!!! GO HERE!!! READ!!! LEARN!!! That is all.

ARGH

I have mixed emotions about Survivor last night. If you don't know, they decided to mix the teams up again. Last year I was totally pleased because they did it at a time when one team was being assholes for the most part and things worked out for the better. This time, I like the fact that it saved Gina from being voted out, which WOULD have happened, BUT I think it sucks for the three people sent to Maraamu tribe from Rotu. How fair is that for them to go from being on a successful team and earning the right to still be around to going to a weak team that will surely lose the challenges if the other team doesn't give 'em a break (which I'm suspecting they might do)? I'm definitely pleased that they finally got rid of Sarah. WHOO HOO!!! Biotch deserved it. Then there is Sean, Rob, and Vee who went to Rotu. I wonder if Sean and Rob have any idea how moronic they appear? Well, if not, I'm sure they are finding out haha! talk about lazy asses. Geez! But, I had to love Sean's tirade telling Gabe how Rotu was like a bunch of Clydesdales. hee hee That was so funny I watched it three times! He is SUCH an ass!!! AND is Rob a total chauvenist or what??? His comments about EVERYONE are just unbelieveable! How 'bout talking about Robert's "sausage" being small??? What a scream. Rob is definitely a riot, even if he IS an asshole. hahaha

Just my two cents: The "weaving" challenge was pretty stupid, if you ask me, and Maraamu was REALLY pathetic on that one. and I think it sucks that they didn't get a reward of any kind, but oh well ~ I don't make the rules.

Anyway, I think one of a couple things will happen next week. If Rotu wants to rid themselves of Sean (which would be the brilliant thing to do), I think they will lose immunity on purpose and vote him off. If they are so driven by the need to win, then they won't do that and in that case, I think Kathy will be the next Maraamu-an to go. I guess we'll just have to ...yup, you guessed it, WAIT AND SEE.

The school thing or "Whats on my mind today". I was thinking about this and what I see is the best way to get my boss' job is to get my ass in school and get at least the bachelor's before he moves on. But yesterday as I was pondering the school situation and looking up jobs on the internet, I saw a job that reminded me of something. WHY THE HELL DO I WANT TO GET A DEGREE IN PUBLIC HEALTH ADMINISTRATION WHEN WHAT I REALLY WANT TO DO IS WORK IN THE OUTDOORS??? What I really would love to do is get into the parks system at some level. Probably at the local level as the competition wouldn't be as stiff and and the money is probably better. SO I hopped online (oh wait, I was already online) and looked at some education programs. What I'm thinking, is if I get my butt into the local JC and get the last four classes I need for the AA done, I can go to school to study urban planning/environmental sciences or something along that level (a little more research is needed here). Then when I see a cool job like THIS or even THIS, I'd be eligible! I would be doing something that I really want to do and well, look at Vinnie...he's doing something HE likes doing. Shouldn't we all? So why am I not doing this now? I guess it's time to prioritize, set some goals and make some plans. If I start now, it should only take me a couple of years to get there...I think well, maybe four years. I think the hard thing would be giving up my social life... SCARY. I'm going to think this through and keep ya posted.

(Did anyone notice both of those jobs were in San Diego? hehe)

Hey Nascar buffs, so what's the word on Jimmie Johnson? I'm thinking about picking him. I kinda want a rookie, being that I'm a rookie WATCHER, I'm a Chevy girl, so it sorta fits. Plus I don't want someone who is already way behind. And 48 is a good number. 4's and 8's go together really well. Any thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?

The cool thing about being with someone who has stuff in common with you is they GET things. I can't believe how much Mr. San Diego "GETS". Yesterday as we were watching Nascar he is telling me that I need to pick a guy (driver). Of course I do if I'm going to be watching Nascar a lot, but geez, I know zilch about Nascar, so I need to do some research. But then I had an inspiration and asked him if there was a car #42. (there wasn't) He totally KNEW why I wanted that car #!!! That is so awesome. Curiouser and curiouser... do YOU know why? I bet a lot of people do, I'll tell why later, but first (out of curiousity) I want to see if anyone else out there knows (besides my brother who doesn't know this blog exists or at least WHERE it exists) ~ comment if you know and NO cheating. hehe

PS He likes MST3K, too. How 'bout that?

I just got back from San Diego. heh Yeah, I got to see Mr. San Diego, afterall. All that whining for nothing. But, I'm a chick, I had that PMS excuse, damn it! Of course, now that you know THAT, you also know that ONE of us didn't get any this weekend. Yeah, ME! It's okay, though...he's gonna make it all up to me next time. Hmmm...I wonder if he knows that? Anyway, enough about my sex life. I FOUND PURPLE HAZE BEER!!!! YES!!!! At the Cost Plus in Downtown San Diego. I was so jazzed. It's a bit mellower than I remember...I mean, it's only been TWO years since I've had it, but it was a cool thing all the same. Besides, what do you expect from chick beer? huh? Last night, we went downtown and parked at the Cost Plus so we could park for free. We figured we'd buy a sixer for later and when we went in, I saw it. Wow. How bitchen is that, anyway? After paying and dumping it off at my truck, we walked around to find an empty two seats at a bar and finally did. Had a beer and played a game of Corvette pinball. Uh, yeah, he creamed me 200,000,000 to my 50,000,000 Oh well, what else is new? Sometimes I wonder if it bums him to be with a chick who isn't a pinball wizard like him. Ah, who cares. I'm so cool in a million other ways. Shit, his ex probably couldn't have handled the 2 hour hike we went on today, so I guess it all equals out in the wash, plus I have those OTHER talents! hahahahaha It was a very cool weekend all in all. I think I'm in love. ACK! What do I do now? I don't know how to do relationships...I sooooo suck at them. I'm instant gratification girl (he just called...sigh) and I don't do good with waiting around to see how things will turn out. I want what I want, when I want it. And the game playing thing isn't for me. Just tell it like it is, baby. But, I know, I know...one cannot rush these things. Blech. I am rambling again, so I will say goodnight. Oh, but I did not see a SINGLE movie this weekend so I guess I will have to find something else to talk about on Tuesday. Lights flickering...better go!

Okay, I lied. I'm back. Look, I've looked at a zillion blogs and webpages today and I only have three here that I want to share. But, I figured I hadn't actually shared any "sites I like" lately, so here goes. Two are blogs and the other, well, it intrigued me given the fact that I am OBSESSED with bras. Not just any bras, though. I have a particular set I prefer and it appears they are doing the usual thing and discontinuing them, so I am pretty broke up on the bra front right now. If anyone knows where I can buy Warner's Pure Electricity Bras in colors (besides black, white, and brown) TELL ME!!! Okay I'm updating already. sheesh I haven't really been doing any work today, so no excuses. I'm actually bidding on MST3K episodes on eBay. Of course that was AFTER I returned from lunch at Claim Jumper and took a nap on the chairs. I feel like crap and would go home, but what the hell, I can sit here and do almost nothing and get paid for it. Sorry, my fellow taxpayers. I humbly apologize from the depth of my heart... but tough shit. Do I sound cranky? I feel cranky. Maybe I SHOULD go home. It's movie night, though. I think. Oh, just checked and I got The Giant Gila Monster MST3K . Sweet. That was the main one that I wanted just because I love that one. "Leg Up!" And who doesn't love the obvious hand pushing the train scene? "Nice hand!" hee hee Okay that cheered me up, but I bid on some weird ones that I hope don't suck and I got 'em and I DIDN'T get Gamara vs. Baragon, which I would have liked OR Giant Spider Invasion which looked good. Oh well. I think I just wanted that one cuz Leslie Parrish is in it and I have a curiosity about her being that she is Richard Bach's ex. At least I THINK that was the one she was in... who knows. Whatever. I am totally going off in different directions here, huh? Just goes to show you I really AM all funky today. Hmph. Maybe I am just sad cuz I don't get to see my boy this weekend. I miss my Mr. San Diego, even with the nightly calls. Plus I got invited to Magic Mountain tomorrow and can't go cuz I have to get my hair cut and made a special appointment. Plus, I'm broke somehow... yippee for me! Or maybe I am just PMSing... in which case, good time NOT to go see Mr. San Diego, afterall! (my being cranky, PLUS I wouldn't get any ~ which is bound to make me MORE cranky cuz you can bet that he wouldn't be NOT getting any. I'm too damned nice) haha So do you think I have some major eclectic tastes in movies or what? hehe There is this one MST3K and I can't remember what it is called, couldn't figure it out even looking through the episodes list that was filmed (or me and my guild ~ The Guild of the Distilled ~ think it was filmed) at the Northern California Renaissance Faire. We actually normally attend the Southern California Renaissance Faire, but we've made appearances at Northern, so we feel like we have a connection. I THINK it might be Quest of the Delta Knights which I also just won, so I guess I will see. I think maybe I should just stop babbling now. This is getting terribly disjointed. I think. Is it? I wish my headache would go away. Oh yeah, and I'm eating PEEPS. I'm eating the bodies and leaving just the heads for last. Ooops, they're completely gone now. Have you noticed how I have been using a lot of links today? Yeah, I was just being a freak. Okay, really stopping now. Swear. Really.

I think I speak for everyone when I say "WHAT THE HELL?!?" Is there anyone out there who doesn't think that the Maaramu tribe is comprised of utter morons? So they thought it would be a good idea to vote Hunter off their team? How stupid were they? It appears that there were three two-person cliques there and two of them decided to get rid of Hunter. It's obvious that the men of the tribe were the leader of each clique, getting their female counterpart to agree and then ganging up on Hunter. WHY? Obviously there was some jealousy. The guys all want to be the "leader" and honestly, I wouldn't say that Hunter was exactly the "leader", but he was a hard worker who was knowledgeable and told others his ideas and asked them to do their part. Now, they have LOTS of problems. First problem, he was probably the person on the team who could physically and mentally excel at the challenges. Second problem, the rest of the team is made up of people who CAN'T physically and/or mentally handle the challenges. Perfect examples: Queen of Sheba (aka Sarah) who doesn't do a whole hell of a lot and Sean who couldn't even row on the raft last night (can I just say...how lame was that anyway?). I liked Sean in the first show, but he just appears to be too arrogant for his own good. Why do men have to feel threatened by another strong male in the group, anyway? I admit it, when a new chick enters my circle of friends, I'm a little wary. But, I give people a chance and I'm not going to feel THREATENED by her! Anyway, back to story. I see the reminder of the show panning out quite simply with Maaramu continuing to lose all challenges, picking each other off one by one (probably with Gina going next, unfortunately) and at the merge (unless they do something really wild with the game) the rest of the tribe being picked off one by one by the already bonded Rotu tribe. They pretty much signed their own death warrant. Again, MORONS! AND, the fact of the matter is this screws ME up because NOW who the heck am I supposed to pick!?!?! Geez!!! I'm thinking about picking Tammy, but that really isn't based on anything so far. I guess I will have to pay more attention to the Rotu tribe now and make a pick. Anybody out there have a pick with a good reason? I need guidance, damn it!

ACK! They're making me work today...blah

Did everyone get their limited edition hotwheels yesterday? It's cooool ~ 1967 Camaro. I love Camaros. I got mine!

I REALLY REALLY want a Camaro in real life, but this was the last year they made them and I KNOW that they break down a lot, so it just isn't logical, but damn it, I WANT ONE! I am planning to get a new car at the end of this year, I wish it could be a Camaro =( It will probably end up being a Miata~they're cute. I MUST have a convertible.

Don't forget Survivor is on tonight instead of Thursday!!!

Ooops... Promised a Tuesday movie review. This weekend was The Time Machine. It's gonna be simple. Wait for video. I didn't hate it, but it was a disappointment. Not enough development...of plot, of characters, of anything. 1.5 hours was just not enough to tell this story the way it needs to be told. Although, I was certainly glad it was over that quickly, so maybe they couldn't have fixed it. Just wait for video.

Here's some fun. I caught a hit today from an Alta Vista Search for "Nude and Movies". I'm trying to figure out where I used the word "nude". The funniest part was (yes, I searched till I found it) that I was on page 38!!! and the person actually read some stuff on my site. VERY weird. I know I was talking about HOT ASIAN BONDAGE SEX, but the "nude" thing has me stumped. just thought I'd share.

You know how in the movies when a boy and girl meet and then they spend this awesome day on the town doing everything? Thats how Saturday was for me...well except it wasn't the initial meeting and we didn't buy hot dogs from a street vendor. I had the most incredible day/weekend. I am so on top of the world right now that being my new pessimistic self, I can only imagine that there is only down to go So you can read this or not, but I want to remember this day for a long time. We started off with Target (gotta do the toy shopping, ya know. Mr. San Diego is a toy collector), then breakfast. Next, it was off to the swap meet. I hadn't been to a swap meet in YEARS. After that, to Tower records for more toy shopping. Then he took me to a hiking spot that he used to frequent and we hiked all around there for a while. How cool to be with a boy who enjoys hiking, but isn't a dick. After our hiking trip, it was Toys R Us time. Then I got a tour of an island (of course can't remember the name) where they have events and such and which is right by where he rides his jet ski. Moving right along, we went to a park over which we saw a bunch of beautiful kites flying. we figured it was probably a kite club or something, but we laid in the grass together and watched people flying them. (yeah, I know...awwww, how sweet). After a quick trip to the laundrymat for a load of laundry and some beers, we headed off to see The Time Machine (review tomorrow, you know), then finished the day off with dinner at a restaurant/brewery called Hops. We went back to his place and after watching the cut scenes from Hannibal on DVD we went to bed early. It was just the coolest day ever. This girl is so in trouble...I am fully smitten now. I didn't even mention walking along the beach Friday night in La Jolla or playing with the Boa constrictor that his roommate owns.

Then of course, on Sunday after leaving early and having breakfast with some friends of mine in that area, I went home and spent the remainder of the day playing Everquest with my brother. Well, until it was time for Six Feet Under. Can't miss that tv show...it's on my high favorites list. I'll probably talk about that later. Right now this is getting too long and my lunch is over.

TV

No, not transvestites... TELEVISION. Although... hmmm, well maybe I'll tell you some transvestite stories another time. I got good ones, really. Anyway, back on subject. Focus. I watched Night Two of Survivor last night. I've already admitted to being one of those twisted Survivor junkies, so shut up. So far, I'm thinking Maraamu Tribe blows pretty bad. They've lost everything so far. Blah. This is definitely not looking good for my pick, Hunter. If they don't start winning, even if Hunter makes it to the merge, they will gang up on him and get him out. Can I pick one person from each tribe? The thing is, no one in the Rotu tribe really stands out so far. I mean, I'm not really caring for Kathy ~ she's just sort of abrasive. I kinda like John, but it's just too early to tell.

Okay, back to Episode 2. Once the Maraamu tribe LOST AGAIN, I was really really hoping they would ditch Sarah. I was getting a bit annoyed by Patricia and her bossiness, but Sarah is just a stone lazy bitch. She needs to go now. (As an aside, I was talking to Mr. San Diego about Survivor on the phone last night. He does NOT watch or like the show, but he said he's gonna pick Sarah to make it cuz he has "to go with the tits". hahaha Thats my boy. Although, nice tits are a really cool thing. Mmmm.. but, no. She sucks.) SO I was only a little surprised that Sarah made it and Patrica got kicked, cuz it was one or the other most definitely.

One thing I don't get is how hard is it to figure out on the show that the first few days, you go there, work your ass off and keep your mouth shut except to be pleasant and/or funny/fun. Don't voice strong opinions, it's okay to suggest, but don't order people around, don't make "RULES", don't clique up in the first three days, etc. It isn't that freaking hard!!! MORONS. Oh, and by the way...what was with everyone hanging onto the buoy instead of diving down to get the rocks out of the boat on the challenge...that was pathetic!

AND, how 'bout that eating rotten fish thing??? Uh...WHY??? I could TOTALLY do Survivor if it wasn't for eating the nasty shit they make you eat. That so blows. They need to get rid of the grossness there...blech. I can forgive someone for not being able to handle that, I would totally puke my guts out. Hell, I can't even clean a refrigerator out!!!

Anyway, I dunno how it will go. I was bored of the Africa one until they shook it up and traded people. So far, the Rotu tribe seems to get on pretty good and they definitely are kicking ass on the challenges. Maraamu needs to tighten up there or they are ALL going to lose!

Enough about that.

Still going to San Diego tonight...still excited. Yea for me!!! No posts this weekend, though...well maybe Sunday night, but by then I will probably be jonesing for Everquest. hahaha My Ranger Girl made level 9 on Tuesday night so I need to scribe all of my new spells. I'm really excited about getting spells. Now I just gotta learn how to USE them!

This has been too long and if you are asleep then WAKE UP! Have a great weekend!!!

I wrote a post and forgot to post it, then wandered off to another site. How weird is that? I guess my head is in the clouds! I'm going to San Diego this weekend!!! YEA!!! Of course, I'm also enjoying the view from the top of the roller coaster right now. The only thing is, at the top there is always that sick feeling of anticipation/dread of the drop that you know is coming. When did I become so pessimistic? I never used to be. Interestingly, this is probably the first time I did the running instead of the chasing in a relationship, so why am I so afraid now that I've been caught? Who knows...I'm a FREAK!

Ugh. I need to actually do some work while I'm at work. Not much time for this, but I'm trying to squeeze this in on my break (yeah right). Anyway, I was noticing some people who did the Friday Five thing and this was one that I might have liked if I did Friday Fives, which I don't. But it made me think about travelling. See, I'm a travel junkie. I switch off each year...even years are for international travel and odd years are for domestic travel and I'm TRYING to do a California thing each year. Except this year the trip to San Francisco with my mom has all of a sudden become a few days in Paris. Found a good deal, so we're gonna do it. It's cool, but I've already been there so I will have to repeat things since my mom has never been before. Oh well...still should be able to see a few things I missed the first time. I'm also headed for Peru in October. I'm totally excited about that, but lately have put the planning on hold cuz Mr. San Diego actually has said he would like to go, too. If he goes I will have to shorten it so I can't really make all of the plans. Grrrrr... But, the coolest vacation I EVER had was driving across the US on my own for 8 weeks. It was incredible. I started here in So Cal, went North, then East, then South, then West back home. I hit 31 states and saw a lot of coolness. I wish my website was still there and I would post the link. But unfortunately, Geocities became Yahoo, I didn't update, and couldn't remember my password, so its gone into internet hell =( phooey! It was an awesome experience and I learned a lot about the US while proving to ME that I could do something like that without having my hand held. The scariest thing for me really is that what if I never have an experience that amazing again? Even a couple weeks in Europe a couple years ago did not compare and I don't want to be 80 years old and saying I remember the greatest trip I ever took..... and its the same old story. Oh well, just thought I'd mention it. I have to go back to work now.

Yup, it's movie review Tuesday. I don't know if I am actually qualified to review a movie I walked out on, but thats what happened when attempting to watch We Were Soldiers on Friday. Mr. San Diego asks how can I not like this after I loved Blackhawk Down. Well the answer is "I don't know"! I found this film VERY disturbing. The whole film was just about people shooting each other and dying. It was very graphic. I think the most positive thing about it was that they were trying to show the Vietnam War as something that the participants felt good being a part of ~ the soldiers, the wives back home, etc. The thing is I guess I don't feel real positive about the Vietnam War because I don't really understand it and thats where my dad was when I was born. It's possible that this is why the thing is freaking me out. I admit I thought about my dad being in that, while I was watching it. I suppose thats why I was feeling so disturbed, but I was and I left about 45 minutes before it ended. The bummer part is I am a big time Mel Gibson fan so I REALLY wanted to see it. You know what? I need to see a comedy...too much war and drama lately.

2 ~ We Were Soldiers

(I gave this a 2 because even though I walked out, there was some merit to it and it DID have Mel in it. Plus there are others who really like it, so it isn't fair to give it a zero just because it freaked ME out. Actually I originially gave it a 1.5, but then I realized that I WISHED I'd walked out of Mothman Prophecies and how could this be worse than that godawful thing...so it gets a 2.)

So that these things don't get lost in my archives, I have placed my movie grades on bottom of the the link section on the left side of this page. This way I can easily look to remember what I graded them and WHEN I graded them if I want to refer back. Have you ever had SO much going on in your head that you feel like your head is just going to explode? Ugh, thats me today. Why does my life have to be a soap opera...I thought I escaped all that when I became an adult, but apparently adults are just as capable as acting like children as, well, children. I'm a pretty easy going and undemanding person. I guess I expect everyone else to be, too. Silly me. I need to escape the madness...I was thinking kayaking with whales Saturday morning would be the ticket. The last time I did that was so awesome. I think it would help to clear out the junk in my head, so I'm trying to set it up. Kayaking itself is pretty cool...you get to be out on the ocean, you're doing something physical, and it's fun. With the whales thrown in you get to experience the awe of nature up close and personal. Nothing like being 10 yards from one of the biggest creatures on earth. I hope I can swing it. Of course, if Mr. San Diego gets his shit together I may still go see him, but maybe I can do both. Nothing really to say obviously so I'll go away now.

This weekend was so insane that I'm not even going to talk about it right now. I'm still in a state of major confusion. All I will say for now is the shit has hitteth the fan. Mr. San Diego and I are out of the closet and his psycho ex-girlfriend is way scary. If I feel ready later this week, I will expand.

What I find really disturbing is that today is Heart Accelerating, Sodium Enriched Cold Cuts Day...what the hell is that??? However, tomorrow is Hug A GI Day....come on over boys ;-) And, hey...Friday is Be Nasty Day....YEA!!! I actually have an excuse!!!! Yipppppeeeeee!!!! ( Maybe I should call Mr. San Diego's ex on Friday? hee hee I AM a bitch... terrible, but totally kidding)

Oh, and before I forget, you will absolutely NOT find any Hot Asian Lesbian Bondage Sex here today. Maybe tomorrow?

Per Tyler, it is necessary for me to discuss ASIAN LESBIAN BONDAGE SEX in order to stay on the Google rolls. Therefore, I intend to discuss ASIAN LESBIAN BONDAGE SEX as often as possible. Why is it so important to be on Google? I dunno, but once I found out I was there, it just seemed cool. So, HEY! Any Asian Lesbian Bondage Babies wanna have some SEX??? Gee and I found my site by just searching for poker, pinball & everquest. Heh!

I was pleased. Today I found stickers that said "FREAK" at Hot Topic at Ontario Mills. I bought all four that they had. I'm gonna put one on my truck now and give one to my friend at his bday party tonight. Nothing else I wanna say right now except, ASIAN LESBIANS, when you finish having BONDAGE SEX, go check out www.planethotwheels.com It's a new Hot Wheels site where you can create and update virutal cars that you can virtually race and there is an opportunity to win PRIZES. Particularly if you buy the new Hot Wheels with the secret code under the car. Personally, it was sort of a lot of work to get into the site, but maybe after the first time it gets easier. Mr. San Diego bought me my first Hot Wheel this morning...isn't he sweet? Ferrari, baby. Then he sent me home to get on my computer and see how it all works...he was a Beta Tester for the new site so wanted to see how it would be.

I must go get cute for party tonight....bye

Maybe I AM lame and pathetic?

Here's a funny story. Last night while playing Everquest, I teamed up with a guy who was an enchanter or something and we were kicking Orc butt in Crushbone. When we zoned to heal after a battle, we started chatting and he apologized for his less than wonderful typing, saying he just got a new keyboard. I laughed and said, "thats fine cuz I type like crap and I actually get paid for it!" He says, "I don't get paid for anything, I'm 13." I laughed my ass off. Here I am, a grown woman, playing internet role playing games with 13 year old boys! Later, when he had to go do his homework, I at least got him to SoW me before he left. HAHAHAHA This just cracks me up...13. Geez.

Oh, and why is it so hard for these darn magic users to realize that they need to BACK THE HELL UP and let me kick ass on the monsters while they HEAL me...sheesh They keep getting me killed. I can't protect them if they keep hitting the monsters. They gotta let me do the fighting and be useful by healing my damages (this means my brother, too!!! Dork!!!). I just needed to get this off of my chest.

Weekly Update

Well, I'm pretty over my loss of friend from Monday night. I'm noticing that I'm not as distraught as I thought I would be. Of course, this is probably largely in part because I'm soooo into Mr. San Diego right now that it is distracting me from that. This is good and bad. I can pinpoint the moment I realized I was falling, but I didn't stop it and now I'm pretty scared that I'm going to end up not coming out of this thing in too good of shape. But, at the moment, I am so enjoying this boy. He's going to break my heart eventually, but what fun until then. He's coming tonight...I'm so excited. I can't believe I am gaga over a guy again. Wow. Scary stuff!

In other news, the pinball league ended this week. Yea! 4-6 weeks off. So what do I do? I play pinball with my daddy last night on the Boat Anchor they call Black Rose, sitting in my living room. I definitely think pinball is more fun when you are playing for FUN rather than in a league or competition thingy...but that's just me.

Last night Survivor started. Okay, I'm embarassed to admit it, but I am a Survivor fan. Yup, it's true. So this time, I'm voting for Hunter (so far, anyway), what do you think? He's the man AND from California, no less! GO HUNTER!!! I'm really NOT a TV junkie anymore, but I do watch some. The shows I can't miss (when they're in season) are: Sex and the City (very fave), Six Feet Under, Survivor. I also TRY to see Buffy, The Practice and ER, but I won't actually die if I miss them. hehe Wow, did you really want my TV schedule? Probably not, but what the hell. you KNOW you want to know all about me...I'm just feeding you tidbits. Yes, as a matter of fact, I am a dork. ;-)

...and long winded, apparently.
